Our dietary fibers are produced through a process of micronization and sterilization using dried fruit parts, dried vegetables, dried peels, dried pomace, grain husk/shell, or grain bran. These fibers are entirely natural, insoluble, and maintain a clean label profile, without any chemical treatment or additives. We have developed these fibers specifically for food producers who seek to incorporate high-fiber content in their healthy and natural recipes.
Powder Toll Processing (Milling) stands out with its unique production process that involves tearing, rather than crushing, the raw material particles during micronization. This process takes place at incredibly high speeds, surpassing the speed of sound. Using compressed air in an energy jet mill within a confined chamber, rotary wheels swiftly and repeatedly change the direction of particles. Consequently, the powder becomes suspended in a high-velocity fluid stream within the milling chamber.
Operating on the principles of impact and attrition, the mill achieves particle size reduction through the high-speed collisions between suspended particles and the compressed air stream. This results in the breakdown of particles into smaller sizes. Micronization allows for the production of super-fine powder with particle sizes below 5 µm, although we can also generate coarser powders if desired.
Natural dietary fibres are processed by micronization and sterilization of dried fruit parts and dried vegetables, dried peels, dried pomace, grain husk/shell or grain bran. All fibres are 100% natural, insoluble and clean label powders, without chemical treatment and without additives. All our fibres were designed for the fast-growing market of food producers who want to create healthy natural recipes with high fibre content.
Our powdered fibres have fibre content varying from 30% to 85% and different degrees of grinding the raw material. This gives you the opportunity to choose the most appropriate fibre for your application.
Apple, aronia and blackcurrant fibre is available in 5 levels of micronization:
Cocoa fibre is available in granulation m10, m20, m40. Cereal fibres are available in one typical granulation of around 40-150 microns.
All our fibres are offered with two allows you years of shelf life and are Kosher certified.
